Safer Internet Day with Year 3

As well as learning about safe and responsible use of the internet, as part of Safer Internet Day 2016 the children in 3SB have spent time contemplating the world without it. What would we do? How would we spent our time? Would it be the end of the world as we know it?

'If the internet was turned off I would be happy; we would get to have more free time and use our imagination. We have all got a good imagination, it's time to start using it more! Although turning off the internet would have a great impact on the world, think of the things we could do e.g. make up new games. My Nan used to have no internet and she had fun, so why can't we? It wouldn't kill us if we didn't have the internet.'
